Shuttle Schedule

ALL  SHUTTLE  SCHEDULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO RAPIDLY CHANGING CONDITIONS

The shuttle will have a colored placard in the windshield and in the entry door window for easier identification of our shuttles. Shuttle capacity will be limited to seven passengers per shuttle during our Covid-19 operational period. Students may have to leave earlier or expect to arrive later due to this temporary restriction.

Our overall operational period will start at 7 am. The full shuttle schedule will cease at 6 pm. We will continue to have one shuttle in service for our campus until 11 pm.

 

The Blue Shuttle will be at the pickup point of LHA at the top of the hour, 20 after the hour and 40 after the hour. The Blue Shuttle will make the following stops on campus in this exact order:

The Blue Shuttle will depart LHA at either the top of the hour, 20 after the hour or 40 after the hour.
• Branscomb
• Library
• Duke and Columbia
• Harvard
• Return to LHA

The Red Shuttle will be at the pickup point for Holiday Inn at the top of the hour and will return every 30 minutes.    The Red Shuttle will not make any internal campus stops, other than the drop off point of the ROTC Circle . This schedule is highly dependent on traffic.  

The Green Shuttle

will be at the Colony Arms at the top of the hour, 20 after the hour and 40 after the hour. The Green Shuttle will proceed from Colony  to the Garden Apartments. The shuttle will leave Garden and make a stop at Star Apartments.

The Green Shuttle will depart the Garden Apartments at the top of the hour, 20 after the hour and 40 after the hour.  It will make the following internal stops:
• Duke and Columbia
• Harvard
• Branscomb
• Library
• Return to Colony Apartments

Express Shuttles The Express Shuttles will be marked clearly with an orange placard. The Express Shuttles will make a continuous loop from Garden and Star apartments to the ROTC Loop. A second Express Shuttle will make a continuous loop from LHA to the ROTC Loop.  The Express Shuttles will not make any internal campus stops, other than the ROTC Loop.

Student Shopping Shuttle

The Student Shopping Shuttle is operational from 11:00am until 5:00pm on Saturdays. It will depart from the Circle Dr. (the Cafe). The shuttle will take you to local grocery stores and pharmacies.

When you are ready to come home, call 863-680-5010 and the shuttle will return you to campus.


Nightly Shuttle Service

The Night Shuttle will run from 6:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday- Friday. 

This shuttle will pick you up anywhere on campus, and at any off-campus housing complex.  The Shuttle will escort you around campus, to and from any apartment complex and return you to any spot back on campus

Academic Fuel

Florida Southern offers a variety of resources to help you succeed in your academic pursuits. Please contact the Student Solutions Center for additional information regarding Academic Fuel or using WC Online.

Academic Fuel programs will begin for spring 2021 in February. Please check here and WCOnline for more information on the coming weeks.

When creating an appointment, students can see the different options for joining either in-person or virtually. To join virtually, students simply open their appointment window and click “join consultation.” The schedule can be found by logging into your account and is also below:

Students may view the Writing Center and Scholars Strengthening Scholars schedules, make and adjust appointments, and receive appointment reminders by creating a WC Online account.

Similar to traditional tutoring, S3 (Scholars Strengthening Scholars) offers students a chance to meet with a Peer Scholar for general support for classes in specific subject areas. S3 will be by appointment only through WC Online. On campus access for your streaming media device is available on the FSC Media wireless network. Access is granted based on device type.  If you experience issues with your device please contact the Rinker Technology Center. 863-616-6426.  The following devices are not supported on any FSC network:

  • Wireless printers of any model
  • Personal routers or servers
  • Personal video cameras, such as Nest cameras (due to privacy issues; please contact Student Life if you need more information about this restriction)
  • Any device that provides DHCP
  • Additionally, any kind of file sharing server or software is forbidden.

Please note: Because security protocols differ among devices FSC cannot guarantee connection for all TVs, gaming consoles, and other streaming media devices.  FSC ITS does not block access to specific devices (other than those listed in the above paragraph).  However, if a student is unable to connect with a particular device because of the device's specific security protocol, there is an option to purchase an individual Spectrum internet connection by contacting Spectrum Property Solutions (Ms. CJ Arnet) by calling 863-288-2246 during normal business hours, M - F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Students who elect to obtain an individual internet connection are responsible for their Spectrum bill and stopping or transferring services when departing the college.
